Chiquia is a native Floridian and mother of 2. She is a respected professional in the field of communications and public speaking. She holds two bachelors degree in Education and Business Management as well as a masters degree in Communication Public Relations. She is known for her ability to educate, inspire, and motivate audiences to speak confidently. 

Her passion for igniting others to "Find Their Voice" is evident in her speaking engagements. She pulls from her experience as a college professor, liaison to physicians, and interpreter to equip the audience to tackle limiting beliefs and overcoming challenging mindsets, all while providing practical tools to draw out the dynamic speaker within.

She has coached clients from various industries, including music and entertainment, fitness, financial services, government and entrepreneurship. She has also shared her knowledge at several women empowerment events, educational conferences and religious sectors.
